No need to be modest. The teams improvement is definitely down to BHQ. It caught Billy Walters attention, who then passed it on the Kevvie and the rest of the playing group. They all had a read, and they've been inspired ever since. Just look at the venom Kennedy has begun running with. It's clear as day.

Kevvie also took a lot of the suggestions, particularly around the interchange rotation and the make up of the spine, and he has implemented it in his game plans. He also contacted the NRL with examples of how we are getting mistreated by the refs compared to other teams.

We are definitely the reason for this teams dramatic turnaround.

But it is only the posters with more than 15000 posts. If they are to blame for everything they should get credit for everything as well.

Ill put my neck on the line here and say we have the talent on our best day to do it. I think the team has more talent and fire power in defence and attack than the 2015 squad.

I am worried we wont have the big game experience as a squad though. Teams like Penrith are cocky and arrogant and play to the limit 99% of the time - that's the hurdle.

I like to think we're on the way to building that confidence. The young guys have found their energy and their aggression, and it's beautiful.

However we're still just one critical injury away from being a bottom 8 or even bottom 6 team. If Reyno goes down...we're learnt a lot, but we can't cover him yet. If he stays fit, the sky is the limit.

True that if Reyno goes it would be like losing Locky. We need to ensure Riki works overtime to protect him. Riki needs to be told just how important his job is.

So just on this topic, even if we lose next round, we will turn at halfway with 18 points already in the bag for the season (two byes remember). So we are pretty much 4/5 wins from finals as we stand!

Only points for 1 bye this year. I think no one will get points for the full tep weekend. But still only few more wins till top 8 is guaranteed (Titans did it with 22 points last year). But it's all moot anyway, we're going to be finishing top 2 (top 4 if we loose too many players to origin).

The pleasing thing about tonight and round 1 is that it shows we can win without Reynolds, that puts us in good stead.
