Unfortunately once again management have made a dud call (hello P.Wallace) and now we're going to have to live with captain Thaiday or be the laughing stock of the NRL.

I vote no. The sledging from opposition fans on a matter like this would be hard to wear. We simply have to persist with Thaiday.

I think most of you are clutching at straws by thinking removing the captaincy from Thaiday will change much anyway. It's Thaiday's personal form that is letting him/us down.

If he was playing great the back slaps would be heard for miles.......

I think he was answering a question along the lines of fans have been questioning your leadership you really let your game lead for you today his replay was as you said, as with Hoffman the comment made are spur of the moment no real meaning behind

Dugan was put on the spot. He was baited. He reacted ... publicly. It was reported. It was public, and thus no different to a media interview.

He lacks the one ingredient of a star player: vision, and for mine, that is why he won't make the list of the great full backs, unless of course, he grows up.

As for Sammy, he needs to pull his head in and play inspired football EVERY GAME - that is required from the captain of the Broncos, and the result v Storm prove what it means to have a true captain on the field.

I remember back at school when I won the MOM which was like every week the school would give me a McDonalds voucher. It was only a cheeseburger, small coke and a small fries. But that would feed our village for a week.
It motivated me to play my hardest everytime I ran out on the field.
The club should organise something similar with Sammy Friday
