if he pleads guilty or is found guilty, yes.

he can plead not guilty, but really, he touched the referee so he doesnt really have a defence for that. its stupid because you see players touch the ref every second game of every week and they go by without sanction. a bronco does it though and an example has to be made.

He is guilty of touching the refs and deserves to be punished. I do however feel that the punishment doesn't fit the crime. A fine is sufficient for an incident like that.

He did actually, he told Sam "first, don't do that".

Sammy should've used his own jersey to illustrate the point, yes, but there was hardly anything in it. The only concern is they are seeing it as a lack of respect to the refs. Mind you, if they did their bloody job then they wouldn't have to worry about that.

a fine would of been sufficient. a game suspension is fucking ridiculous. of course sammy wasnt in the right but he was demonstrating his point there was no malice or foul intent.

when billy slater has nothing to answer for a shoulder charge that knocks out winterstein but sammy gets a week for that. the system is fucked.
