Exactly. These kids are so green so just throwing them into first grade and making them play 60 minutes straight up is going to be a huge stretch for most kids. And we wont be sitting around to let them develop into first grade by letting them give sub par performances but thinking ok they will be better for the experience though. We are in a premiership window right now and we need hardened first graders especially when our most seasoned forward and arguably the best in the pack still to this day is retiring. You cant paper over his retirement just like you couldn't with Hodges either.

Id like to see Arrow get the chance to play more minutes. He is a work horse even if hes not the flashy style. Most of the Nrl time he has had has been limited and its hard to find rhythm sometimes especially as lock. Look at TPJ he has improved every game especially with our strongest players also on field. Same with Sua, dont think he struggled personally and keen to see him again in top grade. Im guttered Parker is retiring and also think he has another 12 months at least, however we do need to start getting these young blokes ready as thats the future. Talanoa i would think Macguire could go to 13 for sure soon. Especially with TPJ coming along good in the middle with the more opportunity he is getting.
