Not really mate. Lots of guys go to solid teams like the storm on lesser deals to play with the best. The Roosters are there and so are we. Players no good clubs that run well may not pay the top coin but pay you back big time with premierships, office and media gigs not to mention the business end. Not many Broncos men go on to living under bridges.

NRL.com with an article saying the Titans poised to sign Ash Taylor and a great show of NRL 'journalism' once again.

The article states the Titans really want to keep him and then proceeds to provide no extra information about Taylor actually being closed to signing.

Who gets paid to write these misleading headlines?

The thing to remember with Ash, is it's not like letting him go early has really cost us. People seem to think it has, but it just hasn't. If we don't let him go, all it means is he stays at our club for 1 more year - a year where he was unlikely to get much/any first grade time, at which point he would have signed (likely) for the Tits or someone else then.

Either way he was likely to go, and I would much rather he be gone and thinking "how nice are the Broncos for allowing me this chance" rather than being shitty at us for blocking his path for 12 months

People seem to think that if we don't let him go a year early, we keep him for years to come, but the reality is most likely this isn't the case
