When 56% is considered a good win %, it almost makes you wonder how important a coach even is, and how much may come
down to another variable such as TPA’s or board stability.
Glad someone said this. You need team management that's good at recruitment and retention. Beyond that, there are many technically good coaches who can do the rest.
The best outcome is for WB to stay on in a mentoring and retention role, and pull his head in a little bit.
