FOOTBALL English Premier League 23/24 Discussion

Fred with another bookable challenge. Second United player who should be sent off.

We just have nothing up front. Cant wait until we can play Cunha. This ref has been dreadful. We should be playing 9 men.

Happyish despite the loss. Looking better as a side overall. United very lucky to get that win.

Shit game from Man United but still coming away with a win is a good result.

That win puts them back in the top 4.

Rashford is United, fully agree with the reason to bench him but he is on such good form.

At least we have a manager that's willing to discipline arguably their best performing player. It shows he's not going to tolerate any shit.

Ten Haag is an elite manager, the stuff he did at Ajax with the budget he had was utterly insane(literally lower then high end championship teams).

we all know united has been a basket case but they got the right man, it's the hardest job in the game as far as I'm concerned.

I don’t get how you discipline a player by still playing him. I remember Ferguson doing it and players didn’t even make the squad. Doesn’t send a strong message to the player if you have to bring him on because you aren’t playing that well as a team.

Dropped him to the bench so he effectively lost his starting spot... I guess

The squad depth is absolutely fucked under the Glazers so he literally had no other option on the bench to bring on

Dropping him to the bench though did nothing. All it did was show Rashford that he is crucial to the team. I don’t think it gets the message across about the standards expected.

Not sure currently how United move forward. Heard yesterday they have no money to spend and are looking at loans, which is embarrassing for a club of their size.
