Still wouldn't play Te'o at lock though, he doesn't have the endurance and is much better suited as an "impact" player running out wide.
Anonymous person said:who says we NEED a ball playing lock? noone complained about TC at lock, and he had as much ball playing ability as Hunt and Stagg did at 5/8th [icon_lol1.rnabokov said:T'eo is not a better defender than Gillett, as observed above. He hits hard. So does Gillett. They are both great defenders.
However, T'eo is neither the the ball player we need at lock, nor can he read the play like Gillett. As those skills develop, Gillett will be a most remarkable player.
and iirc, didnt TC get voted as our best lock of all time on these very forums?
Teo is a better defender overall than Gillett from what ive seen, and he hits MUCH harder than Gillett does.

Right on the money AP.

Fact. Josh Hoffman has saved more one on one tries this season than Karmichael Hunt did throughout his whole career at the Broncos.
Fact. Andrew Mccullough improved as the season went on whereas Thaiday, Gillette, Te'o went the opposite.
Fact. Ben Hunt has slowly found his feet in first grade.
Fact. Winterstein wins The Steve Michaels Trophy for 2010.
Fact. Parker was consistently good and was the Broncos best foward with Thaiday from dropping off towards the end of the year.
Fact. Norman needs to spend at least a season in QLD Cup before ever playing first grade again.
Fact. Even though Hoffman missed the start of the season, he was the Broncos best player by far. Never put in a bad perfomance and on occasions simply outstanding. He deserves to win the Paul Morgan Player of the Year award.
