That is a hard fucking draw compared to them winning week 1 and having Sharks/Roosters in Melbourne for the prelim finals whilst bunnies run through the other gauntlet.

If Melbourne fail this year they will head into 2019 without Billy and what should be Cam's last year. This could be the end of Melbourne's dominance and I don't want to see them coast into the GF this year...

I think deep down I just don't want Storm to have a chance for back to back to take it away from us and have to listen to the endless yammering from commentators forever more about them going back to back.

Fair statement, but I reckon we’ve flicked a switch and we’re well and truly on now.

We were expected to beat Manly and did so convincingly and without ever really getting out of second, maybe third gear.

We’ll be fine this week and, providing we don’t get injuries and stay on course, I give us a good shot of taking out the whole thing.

Welp, as a Broncos fan you couldn't be happier with that result. We avoid Melbourne all the way to the Grand Final, and Souths are coming off a grueling game where a number of their players looked hurt at times. Between a seriously out of form Merge on Sunday and a busted and bruised Souffs next week, our fate is in our own hands.
