Put the crack pipe down .
Yeah mate !
You sure showed him .
Maybe Green needs to spend a bit more time in the gym ?

Is there genuine batting skill there with him or is he just on a bit of a tear ?Chris Green with another 50. He has to be getting close to being number 2 spinner behind Lyon with that batting ability a huge bonus. He now averages over 50...as a batsman! Wonder how he'd go batting at 3 for Aus. I joke of course.

We look stacked for pace/spin/allrounder options going forward. Really need one or two batsmen to become clear standouts now.Chris Green with another 50. I think our current batting lineup gets us through to the end of this WTC cycle before any changes and retirements occur, and even then they likely try make it to the 2025 home Ashes so the next in line probably have 18 months to put their hand up.Agreed, thankfully Davies looks like he is one of those needed bats, he really looks the goods.
Might have to settle for Webster and Jewell in the interim if others are needed and I am not saying those names because they deserve it, just they seem to be standing out a bit from a bad bunch.
That said, Clayton looks really promising too. Pucovski being unpickable really sucks because he was the other banker along with Davies.
But man, can we get Inglis in the test team yesterday?
Yeah same only bloke I see getting the chop could be Carey. Inglis is hitting his prime years and he already has the white ball gloves. Carey is just getting worse and worse with the bat.I think our current batting lineup gets us through to the end of this WTC cycle before any changes and retirements occur, and even then they likely try make it to the 2025 home Ashes so the next in line probably have 18 months to put their hand up.
I'm stoked with the bowling and all rounder depth but with Labs, Green and Head there long term (hopefully) and Marsh still around for a while we are only looking for a couple batsmen. The shield stocks are super thin but I reckon a few will stand out by then, we generally seem to produce someone and they've got some time. Davies and JFM would be ideal.
CA women’s Australia A1 v A2 three-day red ball match has had some notable results from the first day.
Plenty of Queenslanders involved:
CA Green has Georgia Voll and Courtney Sippel
CA Gold has Charli Knott, Grace Parsons and Sianna Ginger
Green are 3/355dec after a 200* from Volly
Gold are batting at 0/64, Knott to bat at 5
Parsons took the 3 wickets for 69, Knott 0/66 off 13, Ginger 0/20 off 5.
Sippel yet to bowl
it's currently 8 degrees at Dharamshala as the first ball is bowled in the 5th Test between India and England.. could this be the coldest Test Match of all time ?
You certainly don't expect those conditions in India
It's kinda crazy that Kuldeep has only played 12 tests.
