18 12 to Easts. Well played both sides. Cam Munster and Cody Walker were dangerous the whole game.
Granville made his usual great dummy half runs but should have passed on a couple of times close to the line. Kahu was dissappointing with a couple of tries scored on his wing and only once chasing a high kick.

Easts got away with at least 3 shephards and two head highs on Gubb.(got penalised for one other one). Also were given more time in the wrestle when Wynnym was close to the line.
Tim Natusch (Wynnym captain) got away with a swinging arm in a tackle. Disappointed with that.

I read that Cody Walker is bound for south's next year. Based on last week and this week he should be a good signing.

He's been in better form than both of them. Not sure what playing more ISC then NRL has to do with anything.

Good game Wynnym v Ipswich. Ipswich are offload central. Wynnym are usually very strong defenders but Ipswich offloads are killing them.

I'm pretty sure it was named after Anthony Schweitzer who was a regular at the grounds until he died. His nickname was Chook.

Great comeback from Wynnym. Kahu's replacement came up with at least 2 try assists.
Mitch Buckett just smashed his way over a couple of times. Wasn't over even after the siren. Ipswich are so dangerous with their ball control and offloads a Wynnym mistake could have levelled up the game. The game ended with a try to Wynnym and conversion from the sideline by Granville (Seamark is the usual kicker but they have it to Granville for his last home game).

About time too - was a bit out-dated to see all the NSWRL reggies played before kick-off. Especially since the argument could be made that the ISC has a bigger following than the NSW Cup. From what I've been told, even a lot of the players don't care for that competition.

It was linked to the VB deal, it stated that the NSW CUP had to be played on NRL GF day- so until that deal ended nothing could be done.
