But also the last few weeks have shown that Wayne hasnt backed Kodi into start. It would of been nice to see it.

There is no point starting a guy like Kodi at hooker. He would get murdered and exhausted taking away from his best asset of breaking the tired forwards apart.

I did also hear that JNik is homesick in Sydney. Most likely because he's not playing first grade though.

Why would Parcell come back for a bench role. That is pure stupidity.

It's nothing to do with backing him as a starting hooker.
Kodi fills a roll in the team. Mcculloughs being injured wasn't a case of Nikorima getting an opportunity to start, as that's not what he is in the team for and not his role. His role is specifically to exploit tiring defences and that role stayed the same, nothing to do with the coach backing him or not.

If anything, Bennett shows huge faith in Kodi to fill that very specific role.

The whole NRL knows Kodi isn't a Hooker, but is doing a great job at his role off the bench and has earned him a Kiwi jumper and a big deal at the Storm (unconfirmed at this point) as his short stints have allowed him to showcase his ability.

Parcell is a starting hooker at Manly. We let him go because we have Macca. Unlikely to come back to a club who wants him to play on the bench.

I have said it all year and last yr that it will be Macca vs Kodi for position. He didn't even get the start over Waddell so there ya go. What else is there to say?

Was that mean to be a revelation? We all know Macca is in Kodi's way, that's just how it is, Macca is a senior member, Kodi is still starting out.
