Martin Kennedy signs with Broncos

I have heard that a young Roosters prop and a young Canberra back (5/8) will be in Broncos colours for Round 1 of next season. The calibre of these two players (each have had some representative honours in the past season or two) should see them straight into the starting lineup.

Roosters prop is either Tasi or Queenslander Dylan Napa.

Raiders five eigth is Josh McCrone. :winky:

I am told the Roosters signing is complete - not Tasi but does have ties with Ipswich. The raiders back has committed - and I am told should officially signing on for 2014 next week - don't expect an announcement until seasons end. Versatile player though.

I don't see what the shiz is with Martin Kennedy I don't think he is that much of a player and we already have a good forward pack.

Definitely that he is, Tasi and him will add some great depth to our forward pack, but we really need to get our spine in order. Way I see this is they both will keep Lui and Anderson(assuming he still stays) out, that can only be a good thing.

Meh. Last thing we need is more props. Kennedy is ordinary. Good defence, but average attack, just like Dodds. But 3 times the price, I guess.

Kennedy was 18th man for QLD. He is far from ordinary and is only going to get better as a player. Our prop rotation looks bloody impressive IMO. Hannant, McGuire, Kennedy, Tasi

Im happy with the Kennedy signing but please Gee Gee, can you put a cherry on top, please. Id evans go as far as saying that with all the daly mail we are getting it might be a done deal.
