I felt like we were golden on the prop front but at 190cm and 122kg, Kennedy is an exciting prospect and while he hasn't kicked on like he was expected to this season that doesn't mean he wouldn't be capable of doing so next year.

Tentatively excited.

Yes. Either way it makes no difference who starts between Kennedy and McGuire.

It doesn't?.. I think it's quite important who starts out of the two.. McGuire did have a good impact off the bench, but that being said he's been absolutely phenomenal in the starting role so far this year.

Kennedy has plenty of impact off bench for Roosters this year. I'd get fat arse Hannant off the bench.

You might be onto something, starting McG and Kennedy and give Hannant a free meal at the Broncos leagues club once a week to come off the bench.

Bloody excellent signing though. Kennedy is a bloody good prospect.

Without quite the same level of enthusiasm, I pretty much feel the same.

Was SOO talk in 2011......has continued IMO to improve this year. Again, more SOO talk in 2013

Good signing.

Pushes Dodds out a bit further and by the looks of it, Anderson will be pushed right out the door.

Hannant, McGuire, Kennedy, Tasi, Hala .........Dodds. There's some good depth there now and a bit more size.

Much rather Kennedy than Shillington .....

I'd say these signings mean we'll be cleaning house with a couple of our current front row plodders at seasons' end ...

Thank god Sanderpson's contract is up at season's end :thumbup:(not that I've been counting down the weeks or anything lol) . Got a feeling Stagg might retire. Probably won't get a bench spot with Kennedy there. I hope Dodds sticks around, or at least gets another gig somewhere if he does go. Lui, well, eh …. couldn't care tbh

good signing. kennedys been really good for the roosters this year in between injuries.
