Just looking at the Corvo video too, a lot of the boys look fitter already. Jack Reed particularly stood out to me immediately.

I was loving his form right up until his injury. That Melbourne game in particular he was having a blinder till he tragically got injured. Just looking at him now, he's got a lot less stomach, which will mean it'll be easier for him to run and maintain a greater level of aerobic fitness.

That's a very harsh emission of McGuire... I really don't understand that at all. I know I'm biased but there is no way napa, sims and Kennedy are ahead of him

I don't think the squad is necessarily a reflection of quality but rather just a way for these players to be developed.

McGuire has already been apart of a squad like this and the likes of Korbin & Napa could really benefit from being included. You could argue Kennedy's inclusion but it would have been odd to bring him in as 18th man and then not invite him to a camp like this.

It's a non issue and either way, I hope Show rips and tears his way into the side.

I'm pretty sure some of those guys were there before too, but they are still being picked. I hope it doesn't mean anything, because McGuire is definitely better than those 3 combined at the moment.

Relax ......Mcguire has been in the emerging squad for the last two years.

I'd say he's being considered as already emerged and is now part of the playing squad.

Have to laugh though......it's only a 12 man squad.

Is Mal thinking that's all we'll need in the years to come? :laugh:
