I would go with this.

Parker at prop, Gillett to 13, Thaiday to right.
 
Fucking disaster. He's been one of our best, consistently. Big, big boots to fill. Wallace to start with Molo/Joe O to come onto the bench?

This is a big blow to our premiership credentials. Moose plays big minutes at high intensity, and is one of our metre-eaters. This is massive.

So upset..
 
Someone else will just have to step up, it's as simple as that.
 
Thaiday can play a lot like Moose if he has too.... And one of the young guns can come onto the bench.

A big loss but we can cover it.

I'm hoping that is the message Bennett will deliver. He'll pull Wallace or Dodds aside and say "look, we need you to turn into a real mongrel"

Me too and it's what I'm tipping to happen
 
Annoys me the most that we lose him in a nothing match against the bottom 4 Knights.
 
Vidot and Oates to rotate between Prop and Wing during the game for the rest of the season.

Won't be surprised to see Dodds start some games at lock for us from now on.
 
Brisbane could not afford a blow like that and any thought of a 2015 premiership has to be erased.

The best option they can go with is...

8. Sam Thaiday
9. Andrew McCullough
10. Adam Blair
13. Corey Parker

With Dodds coming in if either Thaiday or Blair fail to step up.

Neither Wallace, Molo or Ofahengaue are ready for the responsibility.

Writing off the season now is jumping the gun a bit. Lets see how the team reacts to McG missing before we throw up the white flag.
 
I'm not saying they won't win another game but McGuire means a lot to the team and nobody can really replace him.

The only player who comes close is Thaiday. Can you see him even getting anywhere near the amount of numbers of Josh? It's not like the other options are much better.

Wallace doesn't strike me as that player at all, Dodds is nothing more than a serviceable bench player and the young guns are too inexperienced.

Hate to be a Chicken Little but McGuire's injury is a very bitter pill to swallow.
