In QLD. What's your point? I don't care about the technical eligibility.
How can you possible spend your entire childhood in NSW, move to QLD then say you bleed QLD? Heartless tool.
I bet you anything that if NSW had won 6 straight then Kennedy would tried to pledge his allegiances to NSW.
We don't need these gutless, heartless tools anyway.
That team doesn't exactly need much motivating. He's not better motivator than anyone else. Brad Fittler is more charismatic than Mal. Mal should stick to picking fruit.
I'd hate to admit to ever having lived there, but maybe I lived in NSW on and off for a few years as a youngster...and I didn't even give a rats ass about NSW/QLD nor knew anything about a rivalry.....so there you go. The "lived in NSW as a little kid" argument is invalid.Where did he play his first senior footy out of curiosity?
I would argue that sub 10 year olds don't really care where they play footy - as long as they play. For all we know he enjoyed QLD footy much more as he matured and he genuinely feels like QLD is his home.
Also, 10 years is 83% of his childhood. When he was 10 years old and playing footy in the backyard and emulating Origin players, do you think THEN that he was hoping to play for QLD or NSW at the point in time?
The most impressionable age is by far the early teenage years (between 10 and 16 y/o). It is at this time that most of your character is formed, and is directly influenced by the world around you, which makes Kennedy's choice and statements perfectly normal.Way to miss the point then. I'm not arguing whether he's eligible or not. Clearly he is rightfully eligible for QLD. But the point is, he's a heartless douche for suggesting he bleeds maroon.

Unless he was a Broncos fan, I doubt he would have even thought about playing for QLD when he was 10.
As he spent his teenage years in QLD, quite clearly he became attached to the idea that he'd have to play for QLD and of course, there is absolutely no way you would tell your teenage mates that you're a blue, you'd get your arse kicked. Peer pressure kicked in too.

LOL at the 83%. Since when do you stop being a child at 13 y/o?
If anything, you're the heartless douche for supporting the Maroons first and then turncoat to the NSW'kers well after reaching adulthood.
(although it could be argued that you haven't reached it mentally or physically... :finger:)
Dumb arses. ThirTEEN. You're a teen, not a "child". Got you on a technicality.

This just shows how you know nothing about the culture within Queensland Rugby League and it's why you are a massive turncoat and typical of the state you support.
My 82 year old grandmother could be forced into the QLD coaching chair and you would still be favoured. It would be great to win this year and make Meninga look like the dickhead he is.
Even if that did happen, which it won't, you'll have Mal Meninga winning 6 Origin series as coach, out of 7 attempts. If that's a dickhead then fair dinkum what word would we use to describe your posts on this forum?
Aren't you in high school? What did you represent NSW in?
