More defections.

Accusations that the Broncos cheated the cap.

Accusations the Broncos won a clayton's premiership in 2000.

Bitching about the 1998 prelim final being at ANZ stadium.

His serve at the media after his side won Origin 2004...even though he did everything to gain their attention.

Constantly criticising Gallop and not offering an alternative

Constantly putting down the international game, even when he's commentating a test match.

He's the ultimate captain hindsight. Everything that happens he apparently already predicted.

The only positive about Gus is that everytime he reckons we're tired we score.

I admired him greatly up till 2010 when he remarked that NSW care about skin colour which offended me badly and his rubbish rant at the end of last year's series that showed his true colours. Thats a poor example considering he is an immortal of the game.

Does anything not offend you? Fair dinkim. I'm offended by you calling our great coach a dickhead! Please apologise immediately.

Last year my school did an Origin series and I trialled for it and got selected. Yeah I know it's not an official state rep but to me I felt proud about playing for my state and family history.

No offense champ but that's not even close to the same thing. Congrats and everything but that really can't be used to prove your point. Haha.

A GREAT COACH Look at his record at Canberra, agree with you on the NSW thing though I still felt tremondously proud though.

That was his warm up. 6 in a row.

Still haven't seen an apology. I'm offended.

Isn't your school in Queensland? Which would probably mean you were the only person who lacked a sense of shame and tried out for NSW?

I think he may have accidentally pressed an extra 0 there.

Lol I loved how idiot Queenslanders suggested NSW selectors were racist because they didn't pick black players. Unfortunately for them they didn't look back at the amount of black players that have played for NSW in the past. It was NOT a justified comment Big Pete, pull us finger out ya dag.

I was referring to his rats and filth rant captain catchphrase.

Why would I want to know anything about the rugby league culture in QLD? That's the last thing in the world that I'd ever begin to care about.

I know. Just speaks volumes is all I was saying. Carry on.

How big would the QLD pride be if NSW won 6 in a row? Would everyone be so cocky? How many would actually fall off the bandwagon (or never got on)?

On Mal as a coach. Whatever role he plays for QLD team, whether that be hands on or sit back and let others run the team type coach. At the end of the day, whatever he does has worked and for the last 6 years he has been the Freddy Krueger of NSW fan's nightmares.

Was he really that bad a coach at club level? He didn't have any real accolades but he still had a 53% win rate which isn't terrible and pretty standard for NRL standard coaches and now he is a record setting SOO coach, I would be pretty happy with that.

If anything to take a pot shot at his Political career.. :haha:

Pride was still pretty strong and tickets just as hard to come by when we were staring down the barrell of our 4th straight defeat. ......Just sayin.....

How can Queensland pride be a bandwagon? If so, the bandwagon is cross-generational. I'm not sure what the definition of "bandwagon" is, however I'd suggest it isn't sold-out stadiums since 1980.

The entire state rides the State of Origin passion and has done since 1980. NSW people know this, they just can't understand it.
