I feel like we need Walters to not just coach a football team but rebuild a club as well.

I guess it depends on why does what with assistant coaches etc. I don't imagine a coach at origin level has to deal too much with overall player development. The other area he may be short in is long term cultural development and accountability but you have to start somewhere...

I want this Shaun Wane guy. He seems like a professional and he seems to demand his players be the same. That's what we need to be on par with Melbourne and Sydney.

I'd rather aim for premierships over just being happy making the top 8 every year.

We took a risk on Seibold, it didn't work. We shouldn't get shy now, we should be taking more risks. **** playing it safe.

Afternoon all, hope you all are well in these troubling times; both in the Broncos and real worlds.

As a few other posters have noted, am not too fussed about premierships at the moment. To me it is significantly more important to get our Broncos culture back. We don't need another outsider as coach. We tried, it failed miserably. Maybe in the future, but for now, we need someone who bleeds maroon and gold. Only 1 man for the job.

It is time for the #Kevolution!

I wouldn't want Flanno as an assistant coach. IMO, it would have the head coach (whoever that is) looking over his should and have the real possibility of destabilizing the whole team. I also don't think he would be good for the culture of the club
