I feel for Kelly in a way. Unfortunately he was set up to fail in this organisation. Baalke had $50 mill odd in the kitty to spend to help Chip with his college offensive scheme but didn't.

Agreed... we didn't have a QB for the style to start with, and the head office politics had done nothing but repeatedly sabotage the team.
I want to see Baalke out before anything else.
Then, if York gets a good Manager and stays right out of the player/coaching decisions, we might be on the way. We have a reasonable set of young players we can do something with, with the right coach and support, as well as astute drafting/trading.
