Cherry-Evans' kicking game has really made a difference in this game. Newcastle are constantly working it out under pressure whereas the Knights kicking game is being easily handled by the Manly back-three.

I thought that was going to backfire on the Titans but as it turns out he was just about the best player on the park tonight. It was a great selection for them and they've got some genuine positives to take forward into next week.

If they can fix Fermor's hands and work on that Boyd-Fifita combination, they could be onto something.
