When he stopped, he was behind the ball and in a position to receive a pass. When the ball was passed from Metcalf, he was still behind the ball. Metcalf passes out the back to Pompey who receives it beyond the inside shoulder. Ravawala makes the decision to go for Ford.

It was a rubbish call from the bunker. It's not an obstruction and should have been awarded.
