Origin or no, the new injections into that Doggies team breathed some fresh air to the side. Burton was good with Sexton next to him.

Cracking game to watch, to be fair. Good win Dogs and realistically a great result for us. Souths don't pick up 2 points, but still put a hell of a scare into the Dogs so the demons of the past few weeks aren't exorcised yet. If we can get in front next week I think they'll crumble again and there should be points all over the place. Cobbo, Staggs & Reyno should have a field day down that edge. Patty a chance at breaking his duck too, fingers crossed.

Great result for us. It'll lessen their intensity next week, and getting the 2 points will mask over the fact they had 32 points put on them by a half a Souths team.

Next week might be the first time we fully smash someone in forever.

I'd imagine the logic is that the try cancelled out the sin-bin. However, they've never been consistent with trips.
