I don't know why they weren't allowed to challenge it either.

If they're saying it's a discretionary call from the ref of 'held' then it shouldn't have been a penalty for offloading after held is called

Stone has effectively been binned for tackling too hard.

He was coming in to put a hard shot on the body, but because he drops his height it ends up at his head.
