**** that is an average looking Newcastle team

I suspect The won't know what hit them when they play us, it'll be a few steps up on the banged up teams they've played thus far.

A terrible Knights team with Gamblor to lead them vs an in form Dolphins team missing their hooker. That's a tough tip.

I'm tipping the Knights at home, taking a few roughies this weekend.

Good thing at the moment with the Dolphins is they have managed to hang in there and stay in the contest in both their games. Will be interesting for them this week in a game where they are probably expected to win.

Excited for Pezet; he was good for Easts so calm, and they tested him out- they won or lost three games in a row in the last few minutes and he kept his cool.

He loved to set up on the short side.

Was great in Origin last year, kick for Bostock and Weaver were terrific half play.

NRL 360 giving Matterson a bit of shit for taking the suspension over the fine.

They have been down on troops and the side have needed him, especially in this game against Manly, but he stupidly decided to take the 3 game suspension instead of a 4k fine because he thought the crusher tackle he did wasn't worthy of a suspension.

He was actually right, the crusher tackle by itself wasn't worthy of a suspension because a Grade 1 Crusher Tackle is a fine, but he had already been charged twice and a third offence is a 3 game suspension. However the NRL introduced a policy that players charged with a third offence in a finals game had the option to pay a fine instead.

He's on pretty good money at the Eels, 4k would be nothing for him but he stupidly decided to take the suspension in protest instead of forking up the cash.

The Eels weren't happy. They apparently approached the NRL for a re-hearing so he could change his decision and pay the fine, but the NRL told them no. The decision had been made.

Normal programming with Newcastle back in their usual shithouse timeslot of 5pm Friday... and they've celebrated by putting out a team that would struggle to beat their wooden spoon three-peat years

fun fact: there are only 4 undefeated teams left in the comp. with 2 of the 4 having already had the bye.

the teams are Broncos, Dolphins, Dragons and Sea Eagles

So, at maximum, 3 after this weekend. Interesting.

Don’t know who i want to win this game
I want eels to win, but I have no idea who is going to.

By the way what the **** were the eels sticking their noses into a towel before they ran out m

It'd be like Vicks Vapour or some equivalent to clear the nostrils.

Also what does tipping a draw give you🤣

Horrible defence from the right centre
