NRL 2023 Round 9 Discussion

Lol... phantom yardage penalty for penrith... do they really need help beating the fucking tigers

Yeah righto, markers not square, every team does it, hardly gets penalised.
Nice leg up for the Panthers.

Another phantom yardage penalty ... this ref is putting in work to help the poor old penny panthers out

Naden with moron play of the year ... has decided to go with a Hoppa style flying shoulder.

Lucky to only get 10mins with the way they've been going about things this year

Are shoulder charges that don't hit you in the head a sin bin now?

That cannot be a penalty... what the **** is the penalty even for?

What teh **** is vulnerable position? It's not a dangerous position

That’s a definite protected species call for Cleary there lmao

Same thing happened in the last game

Well done Ashley Klein. Fucking hell Gee is off his head

I can't believe the ref penalised that... it was basically a tackle that he kicked the ball in.

Has a terminology for "vulnerable position" be provided by the NRL to put a criteria around this bullshit protection they're putting on the kickers?

And is vulnerable position available all across the field and in every tackle, because players end up in much worse positions than kickers half the time

Fucking good challenge Api.

What a rubbish penalty to begin with.

Not a sin bin. That’s surprising considering some of the sin bins this year.
