With that line of thinking the next step is to make pedophilia acceptable. Absolutely disgusting. **** off anyone who agrees with you you fucking disgusting *****.
No, because pedophilia infringes on the individual rights of a child, you idiot

all good guys, I hope you all end up hooking up with people who have changed sex, because, y’know, it’s totally normal. Make sure to double check the Adam’s apple guys.

completely off topic but is there a way to 100% ensure that someone has been born with a vagina or do you just have to take your luck and hope they are being honest with you?

:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Projection much? This is obviously why you hate them, because you are afraid. Grow up, you absolute zero. I can almost guarantee you that none of them would hit on you anyway.

I dont agree with them, but they should be allowed the choice. At the same time though, if the club wants them all to wear the shirt they have to be prepared to lose their spots in the team for what they believe in.

If you want them shoved down your throat then be my guest.

just be prepared for other things they will gladly shove down your throat.

What is being shoved down my throat? That each person is free to do whatever they want to themselves? Their doing that to themselves, their attraction to someone doesn't affect me. If they hit on me, I can just say no and they can't rape me. If they don't tell me their life history before we have sex, then whose fault is that for not asking and not telling? How is that any difference to sleeping with a woman who doesn't tell you she's got a compulsive history of gambling? How likely is it to happen? Wouldn't these prized Christian values prevent you from having sex with them before marriage, and should the marriage not require trust and a full understanding of your partner?

Go away and think about it a bit more than this fictionalised mob of people who want to have sex with you so badly that they're cutting their dicks off.

you said maroon not teal.
I was responding to your point that players apparently only sign up to wear certain colour/s.

Replace maroon with teal. Or with red, orange, yellow, blue, green, indigo and violet.

Because it is a work uniform. Your employer can enforce that you wear PPE or a mask. This is the difference. You can dispute it, sure, but the thing is, you are essentially disputing the equal rights of a group based on their sexual orientation that has no impact on you. Their rights do not impinge on your rights, but your rights are impinging on theirs.
I can understand your point to an extent about it being a work uniform. But to me the, Home and Away jerseys are a standard work uniform.

This goes way too into politics for mine when the whole left vs right ideals get involved. I would rather that Manly had personally worn a home or away jersey, with optional rainbow headgear, socks and wristbands/armbands so the players could still show their support or not depending on their beliefs. With the jersey being available to the fans and sponsors alike.

We can point to the indigenous and ANZAC jerseys as and ask why players are able to identify with them but not this? And it is a good question. As indigenous awareness and LGBTQ awareness is pretty much in the same ballpark.

But the hypothetical flip side of this coin is this. If there was a religious uniform and a gay NRL player refused to wear said uniform, nobody (including myself) would suggest for a second that the player was out of line.

Alright guys, discuss the topic but leave the insults out please. Obviously it is a controversial topic and relevant, just be more civil please.

The simple fact is that if you don't want to wear the jersey (and therefore not play) no one can force you

but then you would have to face the consequences of that choice (whether that's fine, suspension or dismissal)

Which is precisely why I questioned why the NRL has to to coopt social issues for merchandising. I think it is a stupid, slippery slope that doesn't do anything to further the cause. All for the sake of a special edition Jersey. Leave politics out of the sport entirely OR go full bore open with your club ethics and die on that hill.

Yep, my bad, but I don't stand silent for bigotry. I apologise, tommy tommy and all, for the childish name-calling.

On another note has Keegan hipgrave retired from rugby league?
