The Raiders have reportedly cut Terry Campese from his contract and he will serve out the remainder of his contract in NSW cup before moving to Super League.

He is past his best and it's time to move on from him and this can be a win-win thing for Canberra. It will give them more opportunities to blood Cornish and give him more experience.

funny thing is that he requested a release a few months ago to go to the SL, but the Raiders denied it. now they will have to carry his full contract on their salary cap instead of a smaller portion of it

I'd say they've already got plenty of cap space but it could help them in a pursuit for a quality fullback.

Yep that's the one, was a centre there but now backrower, meant to be going well. 2nd row ain't too bad now, Papa, Soliola, Kennedy's improved a lot this year, Pangai JR and Mago have been going great in reserves for still being 18/19.

Also signing Sam Williams, hopefully to partner Cornish so never see McGroan in the halves ever again. Sam had a lot of potential as a junior but was mishandled so hopefully can rediscover it.

And discount any rumours Raiders are after Lui, first time that rumour surfaced months ago H/O got that many emails from fans that theyd cancel their memberships the denials came out very loud and fast, it's just Lui's manager playing games to up his price.

Im hoping similar things are happening at the broncos with Packer, there are some players that don't deserve to play NRL.
