I hope there are more names than that on their cleanout list and they need to be looking at forwards before they even glance at the backs. When Ben Creagh is your starting prop, you aren't going to win many forward battles

Yeah Beale hasn't had the best of it since he left us has he :wink:

Mason going there next year should help in the front row department, but they'll still need to find some younger guns to take over when he goes after 1 year.

I dare say I actually wouldn't mind getting Beale back, if he came for cheap, would be an awesome winger (Better than Maranta, and probably Vidot as well), and could be a long term replacement for Hodges at right centre.. if Gagai doesn't come home.

I doubt any minimally professional club, agent or organization outside of the stupid journos, didn't know about it.

Clubs and agents kept talking about the rule as well not just the media.

Maloney is off contract at the end of next season ... so I reckon if they sign Foran then they will let Maloney leave

I'm a big fan of Foran. He's far from the most creative half, but he's got a good head on his shoulders, a good kicking game and I love his toughness.

He is a good 5/8 and a pretty good goal kicker..

It would be great for Hastings development being groomed by one of the best 5/8ths running around, there will be plenty of cap space for the Roosters with SBW leaving. Maloney would have every right to be pissed if he was forced out though.
