Wow. That would make the Knights this year even less of a success.

Looks like the Walker/Hughes brothers record of 3 brothers on opposing teams is under threat. Though I guess it still would be if they stay at Newie.

Lol at your avatar Vertigo. I think we've just found the plot for the next Taken sequel. Someone's kidnapped Darius, now watch WB kick some ass!

Or Darius is the new Homeless Dad in Homeless Dad 2: The Dadening

Their cap must be very tight.

Blake Leary, Zane Tetevano & Brayden Williame to Manly Sea Eagles.

Typical Manly signings. Not exactly superstars but at one stage or another displayed promise so either they'll be handy depth players to help their star juniors through the NSW Cup or they may even be bargain pick-ups.

Jason Demetriou- is an outsider. He's been interviewed a few times now for NRL roles and is getting closer.

Cowboys it looks like now after tomorrow.

Melbourne Storm has promoted five under-20 players to the full-time NRL system for pre-season training for the 2015 season.

Storm football director Frank Ponissi said on Tuesday the club had elevated full-back Cameron Munster, prop Christian Welch, second-rower Dean Britt, second-rower Nelson Asofa-Solomona, and winger Suliasi Vunivalu.

The elevations make it unlikely the Storm will make any more signings for 2015, although it usually attempts to keep some room in its salary cap in case it needs to make a mid-season signing.

Munster played one senior game last season and is considered a potential successor to Billy Slater at full-back, while the club is hopeful the other four players can take their games to the next level.

Hymel Hunt, Felise Kaufusi and Richie Kennar all trained with the senior team last season and will remain with the senior group during the pre-season, with Kennar a good chance to force a senior debut.

Ponissi said he was proud to see the Storm's younger players moving up the ranks.

"The addition of these players gives us an exciting mix of young talent in our squad to complement our senior and core group of players," he said.

After the exodus of several emerging forwards this year, the Storm has added former NSW second-rower Tom Learoyd-Lahrs and two skilled five-eighths, Blake Green (Wigan) and Shaun Nona, who won the Queensland Cup premiership and Duncan Hall medal for best player last weekend with Northern Pride.

The Storm's player of the year awards will be held on October 10.

The Storm sure know how to sign/promote/foster young QLD talent. Very astute.

Bellamy and Ponissi were both there at Lang Park on Sunday.

Kurtly Beale to the NRL in 2015. I read on Triple M that it won't be the Bulldogs......would take him over Boyd.

Beale. Is there a more over-rated player in any code?

Nope he is a genuine talent and game breaker that can win you a game in any situation. I wouldn't miss him from the Wallabies if he left he is making the Wallaby camp divisive and setting a bad example.

I can't see him coming.

It doesn't say it's definitely happening.

You obviously haven't seen him play if you think he is overrated haha :') He is better then Boyd. He is a GOAL KICKER, he has awesome footwork, he is only 25 and would be able to play anywhere in the backline.....

1. Barba
2. Copley
3. Beale
4. Hodges
5. Kahu
6. Milford
7. Hunt

We would kill teams with that backline.

Mehh !! ....Beale smeale.

I'd rather Copley keep progressing in the centres than this yawnion "personality"

That is why I posted it in the Movements and Rumours thread. Didn't say it is definitely happening, but I can dream :P

I would rather we don't screw Copley around even more by forcing him out of centre for a bloke that would only be with us for a year.

It would also take him some time to adjust to Rugby League, and the money we would have to spend.. I don't see the upside.

He is a good player and that is a good back line, but he doesn't want a career in the NRL. He isn't worth the time, effort or money.

Beale has a few good games here and there against weaker opposition but goes completely missing when the points aren't flowing. Add to that he wants way more than he is worth and plus he seems like a douche. No thanks
