I'm not sure why there is outrage? I remember this rule being introduced a while back in response to the ARU raids. I think it was an exemption for any player under the age of 21 that was recruited from Union. It might even go as far back to the days of Berrick Barnes or at least Jo Tomane.

I'm not a fan of Ricky, don't care for the club itself, but I am a fan of a lot of their players. Plus I'm really enjoying watching them play this year. Just like I enjoyed watching the Tiggers in their Benji Marshall years.

Shillington to the Titans. I was thinking just yesterday how well he's played since being on the outer earlier this year. But we have enough forwards on the wrong side of 30. Titans are the perfect retirement home for him, and he'll actually be a good signing for them I think.
