450k actually.

but the big difference is that he still had a year to run on his contract at the Warriors, so they got to dictate the terms of his release.

although, not to look a gift horse in the mouth, i was a bit surprised he signed a 3 year contract with us ... because if he only signed a 1 year deal, he value would be sky high for 2024

I’m fairly sure we would upgrade his contract in good faith though.

So is the test because Fifita is bang on his valuation ... not overpriced and not a steal 🤔🤔
The test is because who would you rather pay? Dylan Edwards or David Fifita?
Same money, except one goes missing 1/3 games and the other 2 games he’s on the field fading in and out.
Will score you 2 tries that 90% of backrowers can’t, but will also let in 1 or 2 coz he’s lazy.

Run that against a 900K Luai?
A Free Luai?
A Luai that pays your club to play there! Fifita is still the better value.

The test works.

Cant fault the logic when it comes to Luai... you might be onto something 🤔🤔

Typical Foordy, always caring about things like facts and the truth

Latrell Mitchell 4 years $4m

March 16

March 30
Jacob Host 2 year $600,000

April 27
Jack Wighton 4 years $3.3 million

July 17
Campbell Graham 3 years $2.5 million

July 26
Junior Tatola 4 years $2.6 million
Jai Arrow 3 years $2.5 million
Keaon Koloamatangi 3 years $2.5 million

TOTAL $21.5 million

Blake Taaffe officially signs with the Bulldogs for 2 years.

Wonder if Critta is going to play centre, which I think he should.

If I were them, this would be the backline I'd run out:
1. Taaffe
2. Skelton
3. Kiraz
4. Crichton
5. Addo-Carr
6. Burton
7. Sexton

I actually don't know about Burton, I'm inclined to play him at centre because his defense is the worst in the league and doesn't offer enough in attack to compensate.

Imagine signing Taaffe, then playing Crichton at fullback. lol

The Bulldogs would be one of only two clubs stupid enough to do it
Taaffe played in the halves before? maybe him 6 burton center and crichton fullback?
