Boyd is a quality fullback & a great TEAM PLAYER. Something Hoffman needs to learn rather than complain every time & he can't pass. Barba is good but he's too small to be a fullback. He's a great player no doubt, just needs to get his hands on the ball a bit more. Utility role would suit him. Just my opinion.

He won the Dally M Player of the Year at fullback. He won fullback of the year too. This whole "too small" thing is ridiculous. Bowen was "too small" yet is one of the modern day games best ever fullbacks. You know who else was "too small"? Langer. Look how that turned out.

Has anyone ever won a Dally M in a shitty team? I don't think Barbas 2012 form was just his doing. He had a team of monsters around him giving him plenty of space.

Watch the 12+ minute highlights video and youll see that most of it was just Barba being Barba. The rest of the team doesnt matter when you are scoring length of the field kick return tries every other week.
