The players have an enormous challenge ahead for 2011.

I'd prefer Griffin to Anderson. I can't say Anderson would be the best move. From all reports our youngsters aren't the easiest group to handle, and given how Anderson went with Parra, he is definitely NOT the man to deal with that pineapple..

There was obviously friction between coach and players for a while now, and rather than suffer through another dodgy season ... the club has decided to act.
