If we are going untried then I would go for Duncan P. I thought he had a great kicking game and was the best of our organizing halves in the 20s. Bring him back from rugby

Surely Folau would want to play at fullback if he came back to league? RTS is great when he is in form but Folau is elite.

I think so. He tears it up at Fullback in Union. There's no reason those skills wouldn't transfer back to league.
On topic... I like the idea of taking a punt on Foran if he can sort himself out. He would be a good foil for Milford and we wouldn't lose him during Origin.

I'm sure he'd go alright, but his prodigious try line leap would be wasted. He would be a good attacking fullback, but defensively is more suited to the wing imo. If he came back and into QLD, on the wing.

Which means he isn't likely to want to come back to play a position other than fullback .. unless of course the Warriors offer blows union's out of the water, but that isn't likely

His try line leap would be wasted in league because the blockers never give anyone a chance at catching a ball.

I'm saying Boyd can move to the halves and Folau to Fullback. The big money offers is the only way to get a genuine star player to the team. Plus the cap is ment to be increasing significantly over the next few years so we should be able to make a play for a gun.

moving Boyd to the halves would be a mistake, one i'm sure Bennett won't be making again anytime soon, since he has previously tried it on several occasions, only for it to fail each time.
