There’s a ladder predicter article on Fox that has us finishing 8th on 25 points. Surely that’d be the lowest tally to reach the finals ever?

I think the Titans made the playoffs despite finishing two games under .500. I can't remember the year but it wasn't that long ago. Three more wins might get the Broncos in especially if the teams below them continue to fade away.

Our points differential is currently -20 at 8th. The Panthers are -61 at 7th. Meanwhile, the Storm is at 235. Gives you an idea of the disparity in the table.

Gotta be in it to win it but this Friday will give us an indication of how far they will proceed this year. Personally, I think they are galaxies away but if Seibs can get this squad to the playoffs, then he has done a half decent job. It is still a 1000/1 though.

Hes already done a half descent job. We aren't missing any of the player we let go at all. Add in the injuries and being stuck with Macca and Boyd on two more years - id say its a healthy pass with the retention that is going on. Those who have resigned wouldn't have if they weren't invested considering the money value they were being thrown externally.

We been playing decent the last few weeks but come this Friday, our boys will get real test as to where they stand. In my opinion, they don't have to look too far for inspiration. They just have to watch the replay of the game against Rotters at Suncorp. Everyone turned up for each other real good in that game and they just have to better on it & we will definitely walk away with W.

I am 100% confident that the Cheaters game plan is to hit us on the edges. With the way our forwards been performing lately, Cheaters won't target middle third instead, they will target both our edges especially, our left side if Glenn's not playing at centers. They will spread the ball from side to side and try to capitalize on it. Hope Seibold & coaching staff have chalked out a plan to counter this and in the process, get us the win.

When comparing with previous years you have to deduct the points for byes as there was only 1 bye per team this year. 25pts is an 11-1-12 record which is better than the teams that went 11-13 and made the eight with 26pts.

It's moved to ANZ or possibly even Bankwest. It would have been SFS if that were still around.

As long as we make the Eight, and don't get towelled by more than 30 points in the first final it's an improvement on last year.

I think in 2020, we're going to be a top 4 team about where Raiders/Souths are. 2021+ we will be where Storm/Roosters are now in power ranking.

I have us finishing 5th after a withering run into the finals. However 6th is more likely if we lose to Melbourne. Mind you, I'm a total optimist. Sharks miss the 8 in 9th.

Personally I think we've left our run too late and will just miss the 8.

However I think we will build on this and be a much better side next season.
