To score 42 points on a quality team like the Warriors is a massive effort, the Warriors weren't bad we just had extra gears in that first half they didn't have.
We put that scoreline on and Reynolds had a relatively quiet night, done all that was needed of him.
First stints of Flegler, Haas and Carrigan with Walters playing the game of his life off the back of it.
Herbie was so good and Riki made some important plays.
Walsh was something else and Mam popping up where he was needed.

Bring on Penrith next week. We got this

We sat ARey with 15 to go as well ... could have hit 50 if he stayed out there

Should be more of it, anyone representing Brisbane has my backing.

There’s a lot more of that the last couple of years.

This year the AFLW and NRLW girls held a joint training and kind of ‘this is how we do things here’ session for each team’s pre-seasons, and they support each other a lot on the socials

Reyno becoming mates with Charlie Cameron has been a bit of catalyst for the men’s teams as well.

Shows it doesn’t have to be a competition

Nervous start, but one we found our feet was never in doubt. Let's hope we can pull off a massive game next week.

Hahahaha reporter trying to be a sad sack and blame it on the referee but webster had none of it
Yep, i meant reporters, not commentators haha.

That reporter spoke of nothing else but the 2 contentious calls against the warriors.
The other reporter had to step in to talk about the game.

On fox it is, webster is an absolute legend

Even though they're trying to draw out the controversy.

Hard disagree on the difference between the Staggs pen and the sin bin though. One was a clear professional foul, the other is just a reaction that happens a dozen times a game and probably only ever gets called closer to the line on a try scoring opportunity.

Hass, Patty and Billy Walters had blinders tonight but who stood out for me was Ezra. That try where he stepped back inside near the try line just put all the Penrith cover defenders on notice that they can't drift off him to double up on Herbie.

Also shows how important that week off is as Ezra looked like he was playing busted with a dodgy knee for the last 6-8 weeks and tonight he looked back to his usual side stepping self.

Until he started limping again.
