I know this is more Broncos' signing related but I wonder if it might be worth offering Welch a four year deal and see if he can break his deal for next year. I think he is exactly what we need in the forwards after last night, he really stood up in the big moment.

you say that but our forward pack is underrated and they are definitely up to it, assuming they go with Grant our spine decently competes with theirs our centres are solid now that Lee has kinda had an outbreak season, its just our wingers who lack spark consistency and defence... but that saying round the ball NSW are comparatively better in basically every area

Coates isn't even ready to be the winger for the Broncos... wtaf are they thinking... Is there really no one else? Did selectors watch that one really good try he did? He just isn't close to being ready.

Coates is literally no chance. It'll be either Capewell & Brenko in the centres with Edrick & Gagai on the wings or it'll be Gagai & Brenko in the centres with Edrick & Allan on the wings.

I'd say option 2 is more likely, because it makes it easier for Holmes to just slot in on the right wing for Game 2 & 3.

I stuffed up, I originally didn't have Papalii in the list when I made the Broncos comment, then I noticed they buried his inclusion under the lead and went back to edit.
