Doubt it, no one has ever gone from ISC to NRL head coach. I very much doubt an NRL club would be bold enough.
Didnt Paul Green go from Wynnum to Cowboys head coach?

When it comes to Kobe, I think Patty is going to lose his lock role to him.

His conditioning and his ball playing skills will be a focus for him in the pre-season. Kevvie thinks he could be a very similar player to Victor Radley and when he hear him speak about Kobe, it really sounds like he’s going to be our lock forward moving forward.

I’d say Patty will be playing in the front row next season. Likely playing from the bench because it sounds like Haas and Flegler will be the starting front row pairing.

I think starting both is sort of putting all our eggs in one basket. I think Haas should lead up one rotation and Flegs the other. That way our go forward remains fairly constant no matter which 'leading' forward is on the park. Kevvie may want to start both and sub off Flegs after 20 -25 minutes and keep Haas on for 30-35 minutes. But I think we're putting too much on Haas that way.

Hetherington will be a second year forward though don't forget, he could regress a bit. Obviously I hope he doesn't.

Our bench rotation of Patty and James would be better than our starting if Flegler is on the field dragging it down

Flegler is better suited to the bench than Carrigan simply because he will bring more impact from the bench than Carrigan would.

i absolutely agree

i was responding to the "on the field dragging it down" comment

I guess having Carrigan come off the bench means we wouldn’t get loose in our middle defence when Haas comes off. If Patty doesn’t need to conserve energy he can do a lot of work defensively.

Flegler only plays well when off the bench and if the game has a few points in it already.

Haas and James to start

Flegler bench with Patty and whichever other bench forward 2nd rower is in form at the time. Piakura is my pick of the bunch. But the other blokes have all been good in their stints

And cover FRF & Lock

Lucky to have riches in the back row and lock. Capewell, Hetherington, Pikura, Cardigan, Riki, Palasia, Cyclone, Willison and Jensen. Kennedy maybe too?

Admittedly Cyclone, Willison and to some extent Palasia need some more match time and progressive break in.
I really liked Willison from that bunch. Such a pity Radley tried to rip his leg off and in the process ruptured his ACL. Once he is back fully fit I'm sure he will be a great asset to our forward ranks. He promises so much.

For mine, I have James on the bench so that we have a senior forward coming on to try and prevent the drop off we typically have when hass is off the field,
