I believe that we need to have 2 different sort of halves, not a five-eight and halfback who play the same on either side of the field. There needs to be a contrast between the 2 halves.

We have never really had that. Tell locky to stay on the right hand side haha prince and Wallace did as well we never been a team playing on either side of the field (even though when times were tough we know which side to go to)

Attack is far more important for halves than size or defence. Much more so than any other position. You'd soooner put a pure defensive player right next to them for protection then go with a poor attacking half and a better attacker next to them.

Agreed, mo one complained when they had to protect locky, and we have had a good defending half in Wallace but as we'll know a half has to excel at attack first
