POST GAME [Round 1, 2022] Broncos vs Rabbitohs

He gave away a six again on the fifth tackle on the try line by holding down to long, I’m pretty sure it was t long after the play the ball.
Incorrect. It was 6 again because he had touched the ball knocking it down in the movement leading up to the tackle in question. So, not a **** up.

Staggs wasn't at his best but he was not bad AT ALL. half those chances that he made errors on don't happen with 90% of the other centres in the nrl. He also defended extremely well. He covered his inside and outside shoulders very well. 1 try as it was riiiight in the corner from the rabbitohs left side attack is nothing to scoff at. That side of their attack was the best in the league last year, and walker is still there no matter the other losses..
Actually Riki was poor a couple of times. I didn't think we had any players rated lower than a 6.

I really don’t care mate.
Why would you, expect me to admit when I get something wrong but don't have the guts to do it yourself. You cared enough to point out this alleged mistake but not enough to say 'I got it wrong'.

The bench props both made 5 hitups. James made 19 metres in 35 minutes, Kennedy made 51 metres in 25 minutes. The drop in go forward was down to James. Kennedy averaged 10 metres while James was less than 4.

Just watched the full replay. C’mon peeps, that was the absolute shitballs all things considered.

Sorry, it's you who will need to watch again. It wasn't for an infringement, the 6 again was for getting a touch on the ball whilst making the tackle you thought had an infringement. Cook was calling for 6 again because Kennedy made contact with the ball and the ref seemingly was tipped off.

I just fucking knew you're try to dance out of this with bullshit. You should work as the video refs boss, whoever is the guy that explains why an incorrect decision is actually correct even though it's not.

@Morepudding i agree, I couldn’t find your comment, but cardi looked reborn, I get that he’s literally young AF for a prop, but gewiz totally different player. This was tha player I was expecting. All these years, looked very lively.

Ok, the question mark was for the statement you made, I wanted to hear your opinion. our defence, in effort level was the best it has been in years. Kick chase, significantly better. Was the polish there no…but we let at least two try’s go begging.

This was not the trial team I saw.

you next?

Or, you could just admit you got it wrong. Watch the replay, Kennedy knocks the ball down, no dancing required.

Perhaps but hard for Kennedy to do much more than average slightly above 10m per run. He played quite well I thought. James was very average.
James showed a bit more experience in defence, outside of the bs play the ball call tonight, I’ve always liked Kennedy as an 18th man does his job, good in defence, maximum effort. Can’t hate him.
