Would bring Hetherington in to help them and then Palasia can help that fade out when the bench is used toward the end of the half.

I think Hetherington comes onto the bench but i'd be loathe to make any changes to the 13 apart from Reynolds. I'd probably have something like Walters, James, Hetherington and Robati on the bench.

I'd keep it the same Reynolds 7 Kelly 6 and Billy 14
Kobe in for Kennedy
I know you rated Palasia highly on the 3,2,1’s but I’d still have Kobe at lock and Carrigan prop. Kobe is a gun and needs to be lock. Not taking anything away from Keenan though he was fucken massive and so under talked about. Reliable as hell just he isn’t quite Kobe who will make this side way better, again.

Wouldn’t be upset with minimal changes. In fact the less changes the better this season imo. Even Isaako might have given himself another chance at fb.

Having Flegler and Hetherington on the bench would help heaps .

Have to make room for Kobe, surely? Palasia to the bench and Patty to prop. Otherwise everyone else gets the same number.

I just think you need to reward the players for good performances. As unfortunate as it is for a player to lose his place through injury, it creates a competitive squad if they have to earn their place back. We dont have many who should just walk back into the side after injury.

Wouldn't be mad with that provided Kobe got plenty of minutes and Robati got a lot more than he did tonight.

Yep, 1 stray pass was about his only really blemish. As somebody said earlier, Staggs was probably our worst tonight. Seem off his game.

Apart from Arey, do we really change that starting 13? Our forwards, especially Haas and Carrigan were immense. Be a pretty risky move to change our pack at all. They earned the shirt.

I reckon Carrigan moves to prop instead of Palasia with Hetherington at lock, obviously one of the halves make way

Well that was certainly a pleasant surprise.

All 3 starting middles tonight were immense, my 3, 2, 1 would genuinely be Haas, Carrigan, Palasia.

Strong showing from Kelly & Walters (Although some 5th tackle options were very questionable, but Reynolds can help with that)

We played a LOT through the middle. Farnworth, Capewell, Riki & Staggs hardly touched the ball. Definitely need to integrate more early shifts in to our game plan, they need more clean, early ball.

How good is a win at the start of a weekend instead of kicking stones for the next few days. Thought all our forwards were great except Kennedy who seems to look like he's not sure where he should be or what his role is. Kelly has probably played himself into the 6 jumper and if we can pull back on some of the silly errors like Farnworth playing at a ball which was already being knocked dead by a Souths player we will be a real chance of a place in the 8.

Also great to see Cody Walker start the season like he finished the last one LOL.

Best game in a long time for us. Isaako was very good. One bad pass but was very good. Hope he can keep it up a few more weeks. Staggs… yikes. Hopefully he can turn it around or he will have some pressure on his spot on the back of Brenkos trial form.

haas, fantastic as always. Turpin still needs to go, just never threatens the line and his service is terrible. Bring in Paix!

who'd have thought that Staggs would be close to our worst, when so much pressure has been put on him as our only real attacking weapon?
Feels good to have so many who stood up tonight!
hasn't played much footy of late
