Points that stuck in mind from last night.
1. Cobbo has no qualms about taking the hard hit ups from the back to get our sets started. He got whacked a number of times but still came back for more. However, he was taken over the sideline twice which suggests he's not a fast learner.

2. Oates was taken out in the air, Reyno had his legs taken out while kicking and hadbutted in the back while on the ground, Staggs was collected high while on the ground. The Riff escaped punishment on every occasion.

3. When Staggs was collected high the (Independent) doctor order him from the field. So we lost one of our gun attacking weapons for 10 minutes. It seems the Riff were the sole benefactors in this instance. Should we just ensure we make accidental or incidental contact with the oppositions star players and just wait for the (independent) doctor to call them off? Both Staggs and the earlier knock on Ponga were both nothing incidents, yet both were made to withdraw from the game.

4. Our forwards were simply outstanding as a unit last night and Flegs came on I had the feeling that he was the accident just waiting to happen and was glad he was leaving us at season's end.

5. Twice Walters ran from DH straight into Haas. Sort your shit out Billy!

^. Reyno mentioned how well the "coaching staff" have been going on two separate occasions. Does he have an agenda?
