Carrigan must be kept in the middle.

I think hetherington may need to do some training in the second row. Solely for coverage during an nrl game. Hetherington is too good to leave out of the 17, but if he can't play in other positions, this could his compromise his security in the 17.

He will still be primarily a middle, but in case of an injury or to give a breather to a second rower He could cover. He would not be a huge attacking threat, but he is good defensively.

Nat butcher is of similar size and does a reasonable job for the roosters there, so it would not be outside hetheringtons scope.

All his junior (u20’s) and rep football was at hooker and he has played hooker on more than the one occasion throughout trials and possibly even throughout the regular season - don’t quote me on that last bit my memory is failing exactly when he played it but it has definitely happened. He did very well when he played there as well. Not that I would be playing him through that role but he does offer more value than a 25 minute Taupau or Baker beyond what they bring through the middle as well.

Leniu will face the NRL judiciary, most likely next Tuesday night following the completion of this weekend’s round 1 matches, after being charged with contrary conduct.

However the prosecution case will hinge on the evidence of Mam and his teammates who heard the alleged comment after on-field microphones failed to capture audio of the incident.

As i said previously, i think he 100% did it, and i dont think Ezra would make it up either, but you set a dangerous precedent if you ban somebody for something you cant prove. If they do it opens up a huge can of worms. I dont like the idea of a grub getting away with it, but what can you do.

The reality is, even if there isn't audio of the incident, he is also in trouble for the hotel altercation, so even if he gets off for whatever he said, he won't for the hotel incident.
