Who you guys tipping?

Rabbitohs
Broncos
Eels
Cowboys
Raiders
Storm
Sharks
Knights

Pretty much not confident with any of them aside from the Storm & Sharks.

Eels are probably my big smokies of the week. Just think the Warriors away from home, with the possibility of losing Johnson & Taylor at hooker could fall against a Parra side looking to impress.

Good job BP! :thumbup1:

My tips:

Chooks in an upset
Broncos
Eels
Cowboys
Panthers
Storm by a gazillion
Tits in another upset
Knights

I'm EXCITED.

WHOOO! FOOTBALL!!!!!!

The long dark cold summer is finally over!

Season opener between the 2 foundation clubs with one of the biggest rivelries in the premiership plus the arrival of SBW given a delayed coverage into QLD by 9. Another classic channel 9 moment.

Hey nice work BP. Tips to come but wanted to say awesome fucking job bro.

Souffs
Broncos
Warriors (Eels are Eels)
Cowboys (No Graham, Kasiano or Barba for the Dogs. There goes 80% of their attack)
Raiders (They've got a really good side, Panthers are likely wooden spooners)
Storm
Sharks
Knights

Hey nice work BP. Tips to come but wanted to say awesome fucking job bro.

Cheers but credit must go to Timmah and the fine people of LU. So like 2 other people. :tongue_smilie:

We'll be using their template for the rest of the year for these discussion threads. We're planning on using our own unique template for all Broncos matches though. :thumbup1:

Unofficial tips

Roosters, Broncos, Eels, Cowboys, Raiders, Storm, Sharks, Knights.

Where can I find the official Son Edo tips. :001_tt2:

That Titans side is pretty interesting. I'd probably back them too if Takairangi wasn't in the centres. Matt Wright & Ricky Leutele aren't exactly lethal but the Titans centres will be huge targets in defence. A shame, because I like that they didn't just throw Taylor into the starting side.

Opening tips

Rabbitohs
Broncos
Eels
Cowboys
Raiders
Storm
Titans
Knights

My tips for the fucking competition on here or whatever the **** it's called.

Rabbitohs, Broncos, Eels, Cowboys, Raiders, Storm, Sharks and Tigers.

Obviously I missed the tipping for this game (would have been rabbitohs for what it's worth) but the rest are: broncos, eels, cows, raiders, storm, titans and knights

Late Mail:

RABBITOHS V ROOSTERS
SBW successfully completed all fitness tests and is a certain starter for the Roosters from the bench to play around 50 minutes. Vice-captain Boyd Cordner was named 18th man but will be right to return from a minor shoulder injury next week. The Bunnies will cut Dave Tyrrell, Jason Clark and Bryson Goodwin from their extended bench.
BRONCOS v SEA EAGLES
THE Broncos' starting 17 has been settled since Friday, with Scott Anderson to drop off the bench. Anthony Watmough (ribs) and David Williams (knee) have been cleared to play for the Sea Eagles. Jason King will be back as early as round two.
EELS V WARRIORS
Shaun Johnson (hyper-extended elbow) has trained this week and the Warriors won't keep him in cotton wool. Back-rower Ben Henry is nursing an ankle injury that kept him out of the club's final trial. The Eels are yet to name a date when centre Willie Tonga (shoulder) will return.
BULLDOGS V COWBOYS
The Bulldogs are missing four key players from last year's finals series. Ben Barba (suspension), Frank Pritchard (groin), Sam Kasiano (shin splints) and James Graham (suspension) are all unavailable. It remains unclear if Drury Low will replace Steve Turner at fullback.
PANTHERS V RAIDERS
Jarrod Croker (knee) and Josh Dugan (infected lip) trained yesterday and are a chance to play. The injured pair will be assessed at training today and monitored before their final practice run on Saturday. The Panthers will field six club debutants in Dean Whare, Wes Naiqama, Sika Manu, Lewis Brown, Jeremy Latimore and James Segeyaro.
STORM V DRAGONS
The Dragons will be 1-17, with Jack Stockwell to be cut from the bench. The Storm have no injury concerns. Brett Finch will make his return to rugby league in Australia with Cronulla in the NSW Cup.
SHARKS V TITANS
A number of Cronulla players could be stood down from playing indefinitely as early as today because of ASADA's investigation into illegal and banned substance abuse in the major sporting codes. Betting has been suspended on this match. The Cronulla players could be facing six-month bans from competing while the ASADA investigation continues. The drama has the potential to rip the club apart. The Titans are unchanged.
KNIGHTS V TIGERS
The Tigers will be without prop Aaron Woods (knee), with debutant prop Jack Buchanan to start in the front row. The Knights will be without Joseph Leilua until round five after the NRL committed to the four-match suspension initially imposed after he was found guilty of using his mobile phone in an offensive way by sending naked pictures of his ex-girlfriend.
