Round 1 Discussion

David Klemmer is an impressive player, has made some strong charges with the ball so far.

Nice little game there.

Was surprised by how well the Doggies did, I thought this one could have been a complete walk-over by the Cowboys but they were in that game for the majority of time. Clearly missed Barba but that was to be expected.

Typical Cowboys performance in a lot of ways. Forwards got them on the front foot and JT capitilised with some good runs and pin-point accurate passing. They weren't at their best by any means, but showed that even in second or third gear they're going to be a handful anywhere in 2013.

Looking forward to tomorrow where we have Penrith/Raiders, Titans/Sharks & Melbourne/Dragons.

Very strong performance by the Cowboys. Their plan of Tamou and Scott getting over the advantage line leaving JT to finish it off with the aid of Graham, Bowen, Tate etc reaps rewards for them. The Bulldogs gave them a fight but clearly missed Barba. Was dissapointed by T-Rex as I though he was quiet and didn't look involved, got a suprise when I looked at his stats they were a lot better than I thought they would be.

I think it's a good contest between Thaiday and Tony Williams for the most overrated player in the NRL.

Cowboys weren't great tonight but got the job done by a very well coached side. Cowboys have a huge scope for improvement IMO.

1st bad call of the year. Earl got that down

Different interpretations this year BroncosMan.

You have to have 100% control when grounding the ball. Sandor bounced it.

Ordinary quality out at Penrith. Surprised too see the Panthers ahead.

Right call, in my opinion. Would've been a try if benefit of the doubt still existed.

Nathan Smith scores and all the Fantasy coaches are happy.

Easily the worst game of the round so far. Raiders have been woeful and I don't think anybody can beat Sandor Earl's effort for Paul Carrige of the week.

Pretty surprising. Penrith easily has the worst side in the comp, and Raiders have one of the better ones.

See, I think that's a bad call against the Raiders.

Clearly Plum pushed Berrigan there, the video confirmed that. It doesn't matter how much force was applied, a push is a push and that footage didn't disprove Devcich's claim.

Raiders were dreadful but Panthers looked ok. Mansour is incredible. A brilliant winger IMO.

**** him, Berrigan showed no urgency to get that ball.

Pretty suprised by that result I expected the Panthers to struggle badly without Lewis and Gordon. Penrith began slowly but improved significantly as the game went on and deserved to beat a poor Raiders outfit.
