Round 1 Discussion

It was pretty obvious Inglis wanted to be taken off the field. He probably felt he was letting his team down just by staying on the field. It's not like Souths couldn't reshuffle their team either. There's no reason for the coach to continue playing him.

I would of personally put Walker back to fullback in a straight swap with Inglis, brought on Damien Cook at hooker and moved Farah into the halves, thereby leaving Goodwin and Johnston on the wing.

Listen to the Bunnies post game press conference,

I would of done the same but put cook at 5/8 and leave farah at hooker

I think staying on made it worse.

Like Locky in 2007, when he injured his knee against the Cowboys. Before he did his ACL, he had a knock to the knee and you could clearly see him struggling with it, but Locky being the type of player he was wanted to stay on because we were going up against the Cowboys and our season was literally on the line and he didn't want to let the team down.

I think is the same type of situation.

Did Inglis rupture it though? The article just says "injured" it, and I thought rupturing it meant a complete rebuild, which would take more than 6 months.

If it is just "injured", then leaving him out there definitely would cause more damage.

Leaving him on the field the opposition had no choice but to be gentle, tackling him. It was impeding the game.

Tipped the Panthers but I really hope the Dragons win.

I don't care who wins.

As long as Wallace and McInnes both get 31+ tackles and McDonald scores a few tries.

How the **** do Panthers keep the ball?

They took their advantage.

Dugan and Moylan dropping the ball like some top 8 fullbacks!

Half of me says go Dragons because I hate the perrif panfers but half of me wants panthers to win so I get all my tips right

Good work Nene, Keeps the kick for touch from a penalty in

Defence from Moylan was a bit lacking

Did De Belin just knee that bloke in the head after scoring?

Frizell's play the balls are ridiculously bad.
