It doesn't look anything like one, in fact it doesn't even follow the same template of any... which is no surprise as Nike don't sponsor any A-League clubs.

Saw them in the shops today so took a photo to compare the yellow vs the gold on the home jersey.

You would think they would just invert the colours, not choose a different colour. Still nice but gold would have been nicer.

Even the maroon looks a bit different.

I can't think for one second as to why we wouldn't use the same gold as our home jersey. Our home jersey gold is absolutely spot on. Our away jersey is closer to canary yellow. Strange to be honest. Maybe the idea is to make it "stand" out a bit more, to prevent colour clashes as well? Who knows.

I think it's probably related to how the colour looks on TV at night. Seriously, since the majority of Broncos games are night games, I bet that was a consideration.

I'll still probably get one but I think it made sense to just reverse the colours on the home Jersey. :shake::shake:

I'm not too fussed TBH. Sure, it would probably have been perfect with the right shade of gold, but I still think it's awesome to the max!

Fullback Hayne had to be helped from the field in the 70th minute after he landed awkwardly while attempting to catch a chip-kick from new recruit Chris Sandow, while Mannah limped from the field early in the second half.

Eels coach Stephen Kearney was optimistic when asked if either player was in doubt for their round one clash against Brisbane, but admitted they could face two or three weeks on the sideline.

I can imagine a few of you will criticise the decision, but I think yellow/gold shorts was the right way to go... in terms of matching the jersey.
