The best footy we have played since 2015. If not since the greatest won us the game with one eye closed
No Player of the Round poll, so here's my top 3:
Reynolds: simply the best player in the NRL right now.
Cobbo: whatever he's asking, pay it. If he's not our second most valuable player now, he will be soon.
Carrigan: from overrated to underrated, overnight.
Special mention to: everyone else. Without exception.
Also on 9 with JoeyOn Fox.
Hope they are reassessing Haas’ value. No way you can justify paying a prop more than 800-850k, especially with the forward depth we have.
I dont think many people on here have probably seen him playing front row. He is just a terrific footballer. Very smart, and a great leader. For all people go on about Haas, long term i think Patty will have the better career as a Bronco and be a more important player for us. Leaders of his quality dont come around very often. I dont think he will get the plaudits Haas will though because he isnt as hyped up and he isnt as spectacular in his meters as Payne, but as he matures i think he will be the glue that holds our forwards together.
Outside of Reynolds he’s buy of the year.Jensen was massive and has been consistent for a while now. Should retain him.
Different interview?
I don’t think Carrigan was too overrated really. I think he just looked like a guy who was doing too much week in, week out because of injuries and the rest of our pack being dreadful and became tired and ineffective because of it.No Player of the Round poll, so here's my top 3:

It’s certainly improved our defence and even helped offset the fact that Gamble doesn’t bring a huge amount to the table as a traditional Half.Te Marie sounds really impressive, he understands the game & wants to keep learning, it’s little wonder our defence has improved soo much with him back there directing things.
I didn’t see it coming at all, it’s been a real masterstroke by Kevvie.
He’s looking to be a far more effective Dummy Half than 5/8. I hope that’s what they persist with for at least the balance of this season now.Happy for Billy too, he had a real stinker a few weeks ago and he learned from it and has improved every week. Tonight was his best game I thought.
