some interesting selections there.

Bellamy selecting a backrower to start at hooker

Madge moving Adam Doueihi (who has been one of their best) to center and starting Mbye at 6

Josh Hodgson starting on the bench (TBF, i kinda expected that given what's happening in Canberra ATM, but annoys me as he is my main SVRL hooker)

Roosters playing last on Saturday on the Suncorp minefield. I wonder if they are going to get any more injuries?

Madge is beginning to look like a coach who is shuffling the deckchairs around on the Titanic trying to find something decent to float on. I reckon he's really feeling the heat behind the scenes.

Thinking of taking the kids. Old man has a corporate box and is asking for a driver, so do I want to punish myself and my children with visions of turbo raping and murdering milf?

The NRL have backed down on Parramatta and made an exemption for them to name a full squad. the 4 players who played in the NSW Cup last weekend despite the NRL's warnings need to be isolated from their team mates until they arrive in Brisbane.

part of me now hopes that Palachook closes the border throwing not only magic round into jeopardy, but the entire NRL ... just to teach those spineless idiots at the NRL a lesson.

What's with Melbourne's team, are they resting players?

He was doing the same last year... Brooks running around in the 7 jersey like he's wearing Milf's teflon

He's completely lost his marbles moving Doueihi out of the spine... has to be a piss take or he will swap positions with Mbye??

I was saying yesterday that Croft is a poor man's Chad Townsend and is probably what a team like the tigers could do with right about now.

Brooks consistently takes the wrong option when all they need is a steady hand at 7 to let Doueihi, Laurie and Simpkin/Liddle provide the spark. Hell they even have a weapon in Leilua sitting on an edge.

I'm not sure what Croft's manager is doing sitting on his hands when his player needs a new contract and some security pronto. The halfback market at the moment is very limited if Arey and Moses are both gone.

Not to mention that Croft came through the storm system originally so he would know he can work a system if that's what he wants

Madge has lost the plot. He's moving one of their best players to accommodate Mbye of all people.

I’m so happy about this. All the boneheads in the media and the coach act like it was nothing but a basically slapped the player in the face with a hanging arm. It was the definition of reckless. Good on them for not giving in go public pressure for once.

Well hopefully the Knights won't chew it up to much for us and then after that, WHO CARES!!!!!

SJ ruled out of the Sharks match with a hamstring injury (expected to miss 1-2 weeks)

I've gone cold on SJ, just a gut feeling that he might be another Boyd. He is starting to get a few mounting injuries and seems to have lost a bit of the spark he used to have. Now it could be because of the team he is playing in but I don't really want to take that risk given he will likely cost a minimum 600k a year. I don't think we lose much if we put Gamble at 6 or even keep Milf on a heavily reduced deal.

Ponga also out of magic round with a hip injury. Hoy comes in at fullback for the Knights
